下部に生ずる脈拍音(脈波形)を検出するための

には可なり多量の空気を注入する必要があり、そ
の分時間がかかつた。これに対して、最近では少
量の給気量により一定の圧迫力が得られるように
するため、圧力カフ設置域の外周を筒状に巻癖を
付けた硬質板で覆い、圧力カフが外方に膨張する
ことを規制できるようにした血圧測定用カフ帯が
用いられるようになつてきた。この後者の場合に
は硬質板により外方への膨張が規制された圧力カ
フは上腕上部を圧迫する方向にのみ膨張するた
め、前者に比して空気注入量を少なくして阻血効
果が得られる利点があるが、収容空気量が絶対的
に少ないために、測定に当り圧力カフ内の空気を
徐々に抜いてその内圧を下げて行く過程で生ずる
上腕下部の脈拍音の開始点と終了点との間隔が短
かくなり過ぎ、血圧値を正確に得ることが出来な
いという問題があつた。

れら三者の周縁を熔着して製造したものが示され
ている。このような方法でカフ帯本体1を製造す
るときは前記軟質合成樹脂シート4と内布3との
間に形成される空間がそのまま圧力カフ5となる
ため、製造の簡易化とコストの低減化が期待でき
る。勿論、外布2と内布3との間に2枚の軟質合
成樹脂シート4を介装し、該軟質合成樹脂シート
間に圧力カフ5を形成しするようにしてもよい
