【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は戸車等に使用する輪体に関するもので
ある。

5に複数個の横孔6,6を軸孔に対し等分角に穿
設すると共に、この横孔6に、潤滑油を含浸させ
た布片、紙片或いはフエルト紙等の含油物質7を
挿入保持させる。8はプレス鋼板等で第5図の如
く形成した蓋板で、これは上記輪体本体1の凹陥
部5に密着嵌合させ、含油物質7が横孔6より抜
脱しない様にその開口部を覆うと共に、含油物質
7によつて横孔6に滞留した充分な量の潤滑油
が、この蓋板8の内側面9と輪体本体1との間に
形成される細い狭隙をつたつて適量軸孔2に供給
され、長期にわたつて給油が可能な様に構成され
ている。したがつて、輪体aの回転時にはその急
激な動きにより油の供給がスムーズとなり、静か
で且つ軽く耐久性に富んだ性能を発揮することが
できる。

つ、輪体本体の側面と蓋板の内側面との間に給油
のため屈曲する微少な隙間を形成したから、輪体
の軸孔部分に適量の潤滑油を長期にわたつて供給
することが可能となり、又潤滑油の補給も蓋板と
本体の隙間に注油するだけで含油体に吸込まれて
容易であり、その結果、長期間使用しても軸孔の
摩耗及び軋音の発生を防止することができ、又給
油のための横孔、含油物質及びこれ等を覆う蓋体
等をすべて一方向にまとめたため、大量生産のた
めの加工が容易となり、生産性向上にも有効であ
り、その上微細な隙間を迅回して給油する構造と
したため、液油の供給が永い期間に亘つて可能
で、極めて耐久性に富んでいる。尚横孔を複数個
として軸孔に対し等分角に設けたため回転に対し
ても重心の偏心もなく静かである。
