Since the end of the catheter is exposed outside the body, it is essential to maintain the cleanliness of the exposed part.

In addition, this method of catheter placement itself is cumbersome from a medical standpoint, as it requires complicated procedures to operate aseptically, and there is a possibility of infection from the exposed site, as well as bleeding due to damage. .

Furthermore, since anticancer drugs, by their nature, attack human tissue, leakage of the drug outside the catheter must be avoided at all costs. . As a solution to this problem, the present invention provides a device that is implanted under the patient's skin, facilitates injection of anticancer drugs, does not restrict the patient's daily life, and has good biocompatibility.

Figure 1 is a sectional view taken along line A-A' in Figure 2 (plan view of the reservoir). The sheet 2 is fitted onto the upper part of the reservoir main body 3, and the lid 1 is fixed by adhesive. Then, the sheet 5 is fitted onto the lower part of the reservoir main body 3 to form the storage part 4, and the bottom [6] is formed. A catheter 8 having a valve 9 is inserted into a hole 7 provided in one wall of the reservoir body 3 and fixed by adhesive.

Unfortunately, the valve 9 must be a one-way valve that prevents the medicine, etc. from flowing back from the catheter 8 to the reservoir 4.

A surgery is performed in which the catheter 9 fitted into the reservoir body 4 is inserted and ligated outside, and the reservoir is implanted under the patient's skin.

The medicine inside the reservoir is first blocked by the wall of the main body 3,
Next, it is blocked by the sheet 2 and the lid 1, and leakage of the drug through the needle hole during injection can be completely avoided.
