Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent hazard in the mistaken exchange of the power source at aftercare services along with a thinner construction of a timepiece and a simpler assembly, by incorporating the power source in the direction the same as that of mounting the dial plate to realize a highly reliable conduction. CONSTITUTION:The dial plate 14 is set to conduct positively while a screw 15 and a pin 16 are done so negatively and hence, the main plate 11 is made of an insulated material such as resin and rubber. In stead of arranging a negative terminal at the clearance between the power source and the dial plate in the conventional layout, the conduction can be secured from the side opposite the dial plate 14 so that the timepiece body can be made thinner by the portion of the clearance in the perimeter of the power source. This can prevent the short-circuiting otherwise caused between the dial plate 14 normally conductive positively and the negative terminal 12. It should also be noted that the mistaken exchange of the power source 10 for a battery or the like is very dangerous if done though virtually unnecessary for a secondary battery, a capacitor or the like as power source 10 because it may break the timepiece body due to the explosion and spillage of a silver battery and others resulting from overcharging. This danger for users also makes even simple replacement of the power source impossible to do even by the user.

Regarding the installation direction and fixing structure of the power source of an electronic watch, the present invention is characterized in that the power source is installed from the same direction as the dial plate, and the power source is fixed by the dial plate or a member that is installed from the same direction as the dial plate. The watch body was made thinner, and the reliability of power supply continuity was improved.

The structure around the power supply of a conventional electronic watch was as shown in FIG. That is, in FIG. 2, 1 is a power source such as a silver battery or a high capacity capacitor, 2 is a ground plate, 5 is a negative terminal, 4 is a positive terminal, and 5 is a dial plate. In the conventional technique, the power source 1 is installed from the opposite direction to the direction in which the dial 50 is installed. Further, negative conduction was performed through the negative terminal S in the gap between the dial plate 5 and the power source 1.

また、電源1の固定には、主に地板2を用いていた。Further, the main plate 2 was mainly used to fix the power source 1.

[Problems and objects to be solved by the invention] In the conventional technology as described above, the power source 1 was installed from the direction opposite to the direction in which the dial 50 was installed.
Since the negative terminal of the power supply 1 and the dial plate 5 had to be fixed in place in the gap between them, a short circuit with the dial plate 5, which is normally connected to the positive terminal, was a problem. . Furthermore, it has been difficult to reduce the thickness of the watch structure in order to ensure a gap for electrical conduction.

Furthermore, when assembling the watch body, it becomes difficult to assemble all parts from the same direction as the dial, simplifying the assembly. Since no replacement is required,
In the conventional structure, the power supply could be easily replaced from the opposite side of the watch dial, which caused the problem of batteries being accidentally installed.

According to the present invention, highly reliable conduction is achieved by installing the power source of the electronic watch in the same direction as the dial, installing it in the same direction as the dial or the dial, and identifying it with the inserting member. To reduce the thickness of the watch structure, simplify assembly, and prevent errors in power supply replacement during after-sales service.

10 is a power source such as a secondary battery or a high capacity capacitor, 11 is a ground plate, 12 is a negative terminal, 15 is a positive terminal, 14 is a dial, 15 is a fixing screw, and 16 is a fixing pin to connect the negative terminal 1. .2, the circuit board +7 and the positive terminal 15 are fixed to the ground plate 11. Further, in this embodiment, the dial plate 14 is electrically connected to the positive terminal, and the screw 15 and the pin 16 are electrically electrically connected to the negative terminal, so the main plate II is formed of an insulating material such as plastic or rubber. According to this embodiment of the present invention, in the conventional example shown in FIG.
Although the negative terminal 3 is disposed in the gap between the power source and the dial plate, conduction can be ensured from the side opposite to the dial plate, and the thickness of the power source periphery of the watch body can be reduced by the gap. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent a short circuit between the dial plate and the negative terminal, which are normally connected to the positive terminal. Furthermore, power supply 1
G refers to items such as secondary batteries and capacitors that do not need to be replaced semi-permanently, but if they are mistakenly replaced with batteries, overcharging may cause the silver battery to explode or leak, destroying the watch body. It is not easy to replace it, not only because there is a risk of it getting damaged, but also because it is dangerous for the user.
