Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect gate signals stably and accurately with a simple circuit constitution by clamping inputted edge signals in the recording section without passing a differentiation circuit, comparing at a specified level and outputting gate signals. CONSTITUTION:Edge signals 13 are amplified by an amplifier 31 and inputted to a clamping circuit and the differentiation circuit 4. Clampled signals are compared with a fixed DC level inputted from a terminal 6 by a comparator circuit 3 and gate signals 15 are obtained. On the other hand, differentiated signals 16 are compared with OV level and zero cross signals 17 are obtained. The gate signals 15 are inputted to JK input of JK flip flop of a signal processing circuit 7 and the zero cross signals 17 are inputted to a clock and output 8 is obtained as demodulation signals.

検出用のコンパレータ回路2oと、零クロス信号検出用
のコンパレータ回路21に供給され、それぞれの回路で
検出したゲート信号29及び零クロス信号3oを信号処
理回路22で処理し復調信号23を出力する。ここでゲ
ート信号29は、第6図の波形図に示すように、微分回
路19で微分した微分信号24をコンパレータ回路20
で第5図25に示すレベルで比較し、第6図27の信号
を作り同様にして第6図26のレベルで比較し第6図2
8の信号を作り、この2つの信号の立上がり立下がりを
検出し第6図29のゲート信号が作られる。また微分信
号24はコンパレータ回路21に入力され、このコンパ
レータ回路21では微分信号24をOvレベルで比較し
、第6図30に示す零クロス信号3oを送出する。この
ゲート信号29と零クロス信号30とを信号処理回路2
2で処理し第6図23の復調信号を出力する。

実際には、記録再生の周波数特性の影響を受けた場合に
は12に示す波形となる。さらにディスクの面振れ偏心
などにより13に示すように記録部の信号レベルに変化
が出てくる。ここで13の信号においてのが記録部、■
が未記録部を示す。■の記録部レベルでクランプを掛け
ると14に示す波形となる。この信号14とOに示す固
定のDCレベルとを比較することによりゲート信号15
を検出する。一方エッジ信号13を微分することによシ
微分信号18が得られ、この信号をOvCレベル比較す
ることにより零クロス信号17が発生する。
