[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention is useful for, for example, bundling several sho-bottles, canned goods, etc., or for storing food and drinks (including luxury goods and pickles). Tie the entire or opening of the stored jar or wide-mouthed bottle with a string,
The present invention relates to a method of bundling articles by effectively utilizing heat-shrinkable resin when bundling with nets, knitted fabrics, etc. In Naoki's specification, "binding" broadly includes concepts such as bundling, covering, and wrapping in a broad and narrow sense.

[Prior Art] Shrink wrapping not only has the original function of ensuring the protection of the contents, but also has the function of increasing the commercial value of the contents and even being used as a means of sales promotion. As a result, it is now used in a wide range of fields.

By the way, when carrying out such shrink wrapping, it is common to use heat-shrinkable films made of materials such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and polypropylene.
This heat-shrinkable film is generally produced by a method called a biaxial stretching method. This biaxial stretching method attempts to obtain a heat-shrinkable film by stretching the polyvinyl chloride film or the like in two directions perpendicular to each other while heating it with infrared rays or the like. Using the film obtained in this way, the contents 1 are gently covered as shown in FIG. 7.
(indicates a heat-shrinkable film), and then heated to the shrink temperature, which causes heat shrinkage of the film, making it possible to perform shrink wrapping as described above.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In such shrink packaging, the above-mentioned heat-shrinkable material is only used in the form of a film to cover the entire surface of the packaging, and cannot be used in forms other than films or for partial packaging. On the other hand, binding techniques using strings and the use of nets or knitted fabrics, which have not been used at all, have something in common in the field of packaging in a broad sense, but as specific packaging technologies they have developed with completely different histories. However, in the field of binding that uses strings (including obi, the same applies hereinafter), nets, and even knitted fabrics, no binding technology that utilizes heat shrinkage is known.

The present invention has been made in view of these circumstances, and utilizes a heat-shrinkable material in a technique for bundling articles using strings, nets, or knitted fabrics, and provides a simple, reliable, and inexpensive method for bundling articles by using this material. It is an attempt to obtain.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The article binding method according to the present invention involves loosely binding all or part of the articles with strings, nets, or knitted fabrics made of heat-shrinkable resin, and then The gist is that the string or net, as well as the knitted fabric, is tightened by heating.

[Function] The essential feature of the present invention is that the heat shrinkage caused by the heating of strings or nets made of heat-shrinkable resin, as well as knitted fabrics, is effectively utilized for bundling articles. Examples of the heat-shrinkable resin mentioned here include, without limitation, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and polypropylene. These strings or nets, as well as the elongated materials constituting the knitted fabric, do not necessarily need to always shrink in biaxial directions when heated.

In short, it is only necessary to tighten the long material in the length direction.
Therefore, it is not necessary to carry out biaxial stretching, and it is sufficient to simply carry out uniaxial stretching in the length direction. Also, there are no particular restrictions on their form, but for example, the string may be a simple band or braid. etc. can be mentioned. On the other hand, what is called a net is formed by forming the above-mentioned strings into a net shape, and the knitted fabric is a long material made of thin (thread) knitted in an arbitrary manner.

[Example] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram for explaining an example of the present invention. First, strings made of thermoplastic resin (for example, polyvinyl chloride) are tied together to form four knot rings (however, one knot ring 3a is configured to be larger than the other three knot rings 3b, and each knot ring 3a
, 3b are tied together at the base), and a smaller knot ring 3b is tied around the neck 4 of the 1-sho bottle 4.
Cover a (3 pieces in the diagram) with the same method as a ring toss. On the other hand, wrap three strings 5 made of the same heat-shrinkable resin around the lower part 4b of the 1-sho bottle and tie them loosely at a suitable shrink temperature (40 to 160 degrees Celsius in the case of polyvinyl chloride).
Heat until. As the fixing binding string 3 and string 5 are each tightened in the longitudinal direction as a result of this heating, it becomes possible to bind the one-sho bottle 4 as shown in FIG. A larger knot will also be tightened, but this will serve as a string for the hand and fingers. By using the fixed binding cord 3 prepared in advance in this way, the binding becomes easier and more reliable than the conventional method of preparing a regular long-lasting tie and tying it tightly, and the method of tightening the cord becomes easier. There is no problem of the adhesive slipping off easily, and extremely excellent effects can be obtained in terms of both workability and binding strength.

FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram for explaining another embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 11 denotes a fabric bag that is often wrapped around a Spanish wine bottle 12, etc., and the heat-shrinkable resin can also be used when forming the fabric bag 11. That is, a fabric bag 11 made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, etc. is formed to be slightly larger than the wine 12, and after the fabric bag 11 is placed under the wine 12, it is heated to a predetermined shrink temperature. The tightening of the fabric bag 11 is completed.

A heat-shrinkable resin fabric bag 1 is placed such that an open part 16 is formed at the top of the barrel 15 in which luxury goods, food, etc. are stored.
8, and the open part 16 has a higher shrinkage rate (for example, a higher stretching rate) than the heat-shrinkable resin material.
When tied together with strings 17 made of a heat-shrinkable material and then heated to a predetermined shrink temperature, a wrapped state as shown in the figure is formed due to the difference in shrinkage rate of the two types of heat-shrinkable resin materials.
