【特許請求の範囲】 車体に自動車用開閉体をヒンジを介して組付ける際に、
上記ヒンジと上記車体および自動車用開閉体の少なくと
もいずれか一方との合せ面間に、間隙保持部材を介装し
て間隙を保持した状態で組付ける仮組付工程と、 上記仮組付状態で上記自動車用開閉体および車体を塗装
する塗装工程と、 塗装後にヒンジ固着手段によつて上記間隙保持部材を上
記合せ面の内部に移動させて該合せ面を密着させて固着
させる本組付工程とから成る自動車用開閉体のヒンジ部
組付方法。

a temporary assembly step of interposing a gap maintaining member between the mating surfaces of the hinge and at least one of the vehicle body and the automobile opening/closing body to maintain a gap; a painting step of painting the automobile opening/closing body and the vehicle body; and a main assembly step of moving the gap retaining member inside the mating surface by means of a hinge fixing means after painting to bring the mating surfaces into close contact and fixing.
