保護膜(3)を形成し、酸化インジウムを蒸着して透明

、緑、赤、青三色のカラーフィルタ層を形成する(第8
図h)。なお以上のように、緑、赤、青の染料でゼラチ
ンを染めることによって、いろいろな色が表示できる。
