Abstract

PURPOSE:To offer a burner which secures airtightness of more than a fixed level to thermal deformation of a burner and combustion chamber and does not make combustion of the burner deteriorate, by a method wherein central parts in a longitudinal direction of the lower end parts of guides A, B and a central part of a secondary combustion chamber in a longitudinal direction of the same are connected with each other by a claw and fitting hole in which the claw is fitted with a clearance. CONSTITUTION:Fitting holes 32a, 33a are provided on bent parts 32, 33 obtained by bending in a horizontal direction a central part of the lower end parts at the front and rear in a longitudinal direction of a secondary combustion chamber 25 by notching the central part so that a gap more than a fixed level is not generated among the lower end part 25a of the secondary combustion chamber 25 and the lower end parts 26a, 27a of guides A26, B27, and on the other hand, a claw 34 fitting in the fitting hole 32a is formed by notching the central part in a longitudinal direction of the lower end parts 26a, 27a of the guides A26, B27. The gap, therefore, among the secondary combustion chamber 25 and the guides A26, B27 becomes large, through which a matter that combustion of each burner is deteriorated can be prevented.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, in many combustion devices of this type, the n1 of the burner was high and the combustion characteristics in low oxygen conditions were poor. On the other hand, in order to save energy, fan heaters that operate in a strong combustion-weak combustion-stop mode are increasing in number, and as the number of heating and cooling increases in each part of the burner and combustion chamber, consideration for thermal distortion is required. It's arrived.

For example, FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of a conventional hot air heater. The combustion part (upper surface side) of the small-capacity small burner 1 and the large-capacity large burner 2, which are arranged side by side, are covered by a secondary combustion chamber 3, and the secondary combustion chamber 3 is connected to the front and rear guides A4 and Guide B
The structure is such that it is in close contact with the lower ends 4a, 5a of 5. And 2
The secondary combustion chamber 3 is an afterburning chamber for improving combustion during low oxygen conditions. The high-temperature combustion gas 6 burned in the secondary combustion chamber 3 of the small burner 1 and the large burner 2 is mixed with air sucked by the guide C7 and the guide D8 from the suction port 14 of the main body case 13 by the rotation of the fan 9. Passage 1
5, 16, and 17 and is blown out from the air outlet 10.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, since the secondary combustion chamber 3 is configured to cover the upper surfaces of the small burner 1 and the large burner 2, it is exposed to high temperatures. On the other hand, the guide A4 is also exposed to high temperatures because hot air flows in front and behind it. The other guide B5 is
The air is cooled on the inflow side, but on the other hand, the secondary combustion chamber 3
Because the sides are exposed to high-temperature air, they also become quite hot. In this way, 2 covers the small burner 1 and the large burner 2.
The secondary combustion chamber 3, the guide A4, and the guide B5 both become high in temperature and expand because the large burner 2 and the small burner 1 burn during strong twist firing. On the other hand, when the combustion becomes weak, the large burner 2 stops and only the small burner 1 burns, so the guide A4
The temperature of the guide B5, (!E, etc.) and the secondary combustion chamber 3 is also lower than that during strong twist firing.

Further, when the engine is stopped, the small burner 1 and the large burner 2 are also extinguished, so that the secondary combustion chamber 3 is also cooled, and the guides A4 and B5 are also cooled and contracted.

Due to the above heating and cooling cycles, the guide A4 and the guide B5, as well as the secondary combustion chamber 3, are thermally deformed, and the gap shown in FIG. The gaps a and b of each guide B5 are widened, and the high-temperature combustion gas 6 is drawn directly by the fan 9 through the widened gaps a and b instead of from the upper ends of the guides A4 and B5, thereby changing the combustion state of the burner. It could make things worse.

It is possible to prevent combustion from worsening due to being drawn directly by the fan 36 through the gap 27a. In addition, in Fig. 2, the front and rear deviations between the secondary combustion chamber 25 and the burners 23 and 24 are shown as ■ and ◎, which regulates the front and rear deviations between the secondary combustion chamber 25 and the burners 23 and 24. This limit is set to prevent combustion from worsening, and also prevents misalignment during product transportation.
