【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、し尿浄化槽内の空気を供給するため
の散気管をし尿浄化槽に取付ける構造に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a structure for attaching a diffuser pipe to a human waste septic tank for supplying air within the human waste septic tank.
従来し尿浄化槽の槽体1に散気管2を取付ける
に当つては例えば第1図のように槽体1に散気管
支持部品2を接着剤やボルトで固定し、この散気
管支持部品2の弾性力によつて横長の散気管3を
支持していたが、別部品の散気管支持部品2を必
要とし、しかも散気管支持部品2の固定作業を必
要とするという問題があつた。このため第2図の
ように槽体1に段部4を設けてこの段部4に散気
管3を支持させることが考えられるが、第2図矢
印方向に落ちやすいという問題があつた。このた
め第3図に示すように槽体1に凹部5を落けてこ
れに横長の散気管3を嵌め込むことが考えられる
が、凹部5の側壁6と散気管3との間にすき間が
生じていると散気管3が第2図矢印方向に動くと
いう問題があり、また散気管3や凹部5の寸法誤
差によつて散気管3が凹部5の側壁6にぴつたり
と圧接しにくいものであり(槽体1はFRP製で
がつちりと形成してあるので弾性に乏しく寸法誤
差を吸収することができない)、また仮に圧接し
たとしたらきつくはまり込みすぎて散気管を取り
はずす時、取りはずし作業が困難になるという問

ると共に取りはずし時は接触面積が小さいので、
容易に取りはずせるし尿浄化槽の散気管の取付構

うな管径の大きな部分は縦リブを形成していない
凹部内或いは凹部を形成していない部分に位置す
るようにすれば良く、チーズ管やエルボ管の取付
箇所の制約が少なくなり、また管の直線性が悪い
場合も縦リブが散気管に線状に接触するため縦リ
ブ間の距離を取れるので、散気管のたわみを利用
することにより多少の散気管の曲りがあつても取
付余裕が相当に取れ、さらに縦リブを凹部内に突
設してあることで縦リブのみでは散気管の固定力
或いは縦リブの強度が弱まるが、縦リブが一体に
突設された側壁の強度で縦リブの強度を補うこと
ができ、そのため散気管のしつかりした固定がで
き、逆にしつかりと嵌まり込んだ散気管を取り外
すときでも縦リブの接触面積が小さいことから比
較的に容易に取り出すことができる較果を奏す
