揃えて巻取ることができる装置であつて、検出手
段、変換器、増幅器、油圧機、シリンダーなどか
ら構成される)の新しい利用法に係る。

のシリンダ11を作動させて巻出装置12を引寄
せてシートAの端部が検出器の中央部を通過でき
るように矯正するものである。第2図は巻出リー
ル方式であつて巻取側のシートの端部に検出器1
を設け、シート端部が常時検出機の中央を通過す
るようにEPC装置を作動せて巻出側の位置を矯
正することにより巻取時のシートの端部を揃える
ものである。第3図は中間ガイドロール方式であ
つて、巻出側と巻取側の中間位置に一対のニツプ
ロールを設け、巻取側の検出器の信号によつてこ
のニツプロールがシートの走行方向を修正するよ
うに軸方向を変え、シート端部が検出器の中央を
通過するように矯正するものである。

第1は、第4図に示したように、EPC装置を
2台設置する方法であり、巻出側と巻取側の両方
にEPC装置を各々設け、正運転又は逆運転に際

が可能であることは先の巻替リール方式又は巻取
リール方式から明かである。また、第2の方式
は、第5図の如き、2台のEPC装置を使用する
中間ガイド方式である。しかし、これらの方式は
いずれも欠点を有している。例えば、検出器は固
定されているため、対操作させない検出調整可能
範囲内にてのシート端部ズレのみでなく調整範囲
外のズレも発生する。この場合には、そのつど
EPC装置調整範囲内に矯正する必要がある。そ
して大幅なシート端部ずれにおいては特殊な検出
手段が必要となるから、作業面や製品の品質(正
逆切換時少しでもロール上をすべらすとシート表
面に傷が生ずる)からみても好ましくない。しか
も巻取巻出両側にシート端部を揃えるための
EPC装置及び巻出装置と引取装置のための摺動
手段が必要なとなり設備装置が高価となる。

6を摺動せしめるか、または、巻戻に際し該検出
器を該巻出軸と連動する他の固定軸4Bに固定し
て該巻出軸を端部のズレの方向と同一方向に移動
せしめる機能をもつことを特徴とするフイルムま
たはシートの巻取装置である。

り、切換に伴うズレ、誤作動がなく、シートの巻
ずれをなくすことが出来る。もつとも、この場合
検出器の中央値を必ず電気的にゼロにしておくこ
とが必要である。これは正逆運転時において操作
を逆にさせるため、この調整精度が巻ずれ量とな
つて現われる。ゼロ点調整必要精度はシートによ
つて異るが、本装置の場合±0.5mm以内にするこ
とが可能となる。

しめる機能をもつことを特徴とするフイルムまた
