By the way, in the composite board 41 as described above, when making the heat insulating wall 58, the head 48 side of the mounting rod 47 protrudes from the heat insulating material 42 and the front formwork and the rear formwork 50 are separated before concrete is poured. placed between. Therefore, when concrete is poured, the concrete is attached to the protruding mounting rod 47.
This applied a load in the vertical direction and weakened the bonding strength between the mounting rod 47 and the female threaded cylinder 45, and furthermore, the female threaded cylinder 45 and the cement plate 43, resulting in cracks in the composite plate 41. After being used for a heat insulating wall, there were problems such as increasing the risk of falling off from the concrete frame 57 when an external force is applied to the composite board 41.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a mounting bracket having a pipe-shaped main body 6. One end side of the main body 6 of the mounting bracket 5 is formed into a small diameter portion 7 whose diameter is slightly reduced, and a female thread 8 is cut on the inner circumferential surface of the small diameter portion 7. has been done. Further, the peripheral wall on the other end side of the main body 6 is cut from the other end over a predetermined length, and has a plurality of stop/upper pieces 10 cut at a substantially right angle at every other position in the circumferential direction, and the stop horns 9 The pieces form a plurality of axially oriented legs 12 having adjacent notches 1lt. The tip edge of the leg piece 12 is formed into a slightly protruding claw portion 13 by bending outward or the like. This claw portion 13 may be bent inward. The nine pieces 10 of the strut horns may be cut and raised by making cuts on the outer surface and then being bent, or may be manufactured by press molding. Further, the stopper piece 10 may not be integrated with the main body 6, but may be once cut away and then fixed to the base of the notch 11 by welding or the like.

15 is the anchor bolt, this anchor 2 bolt has head 1
A locking protrusion 18 protruding outward is provided at a male thread 17 portion at an intermediate position between 6 and the tip. This locking protrusion 1
8 is usually formed by crushing with a press, but may be formed by other means. Reference numeral 20 denotes a washer, through which the external thread 17 can be inserted, and the locking protrusion 18 has a disk-shaped thin plate 22 with a center hole 21 into which the hole edge locks, and is slightly recessed on one side. The thin plate 22 is formed into a shape, and a large number of claw pieces 23 facing one side are arranged in series on the peripheral edge of the concave side of the thin plate 22. The anchor bolt 15 and washer 20 are then assembled into the composite plate 1 in which the mounting bracket 5 is embedded, as shown in FIG. That is, the male thread 17 of the anchor bolt 15, whose hole edge of the center hole 21 of the washer 20 has been previously engaged with the protrusion 18, is screwed into the female thread 8 of the mounting fitting 5 through the through hole 4 of the heat insulating material 2. As a result, the washer 20 is moved toward the heat insulating material 2 by the protrusion 18, and then the claw piece 2
3 bites into the heat insulating material 2, and the anchor 2 bolt 15 is supported in the middle of the heat insulating material 2 by the washer 20.

To manufacture the composite board 1 having the above-mentioned mounting fittings 5, as shown in FIG. After pushing the insulation material 2 until it hits the bottom surface, the insulation material 2 is placed on the uncured glass fiber-containing cement board 3 placed in the formwork 14, and the insulation material 2 is pressed from above by an appropriate means to insulate it. At the same time, the material 2 is crimped onto the cement board 3, and the mounting bracket 5 is attached.
The leg pieces 12 are buried in the cement board 3. In the above, since the mounting bracket 5 is first inserted into the through hole 4 and the stone 9 piece 10 is applied to the bottom surface of the heat insulating material 2, the installation position will not be changed if the mounting bracket 5 is tilted when suppressed. It is easily and accurately embedded into the cement board 3. After that, when the cement board 3 is cured, the heat insulating material 2 and the cement board 3 are integrally laminated, and a composite board 1 in which the mounting bracket 5 and the cement board 3 are firmly connected is obtained.

When an external force is applied to the heat insulating wall, the composite board 1 is attached to the concrete frame 57 by the mounting brackets 5 and anchors 15.
In addition, the mounting bracket 5.0 leg piece 12 is embedded in the cement board 3 with just enough glass fiber injected around it, making the bonding strength extremely strong. The pulling force of the mounting bracket 5 acting on the concrete frame 57 can be made larger than the tensile force.
There is little risk of it falling out.

The present invention is as described above, and includes a locking protrusion anchor I.
Since the claw of the washer with the through hole that was locked on the locking protrusion of the bolt was inserted into the foam insulation material, the head side protruded from the foam insulation material when making the insulation wall. Even if a vertical load is applied to the anchor port by the concrete poured into it, the middle of the anchor bolt is supported by the washer and acts to resist the load, which increases the bond strength between the mounting bracket and the cement. It has the excellent effect of reducing the risk of cracks occurring in the composite board or of the composite board falling off after being used for insulation walls.

1. In a heat insulating composite board in which a fiber-reinforced cement board is integrally laminated to a foam heat insulating material, a pipe-shaped mounting bracket having a female thread and an outwardly protruding leg at the end, and its installation. The anchor bolt has a male thread that engages with the female thread of the metal fitting, and a locking protrusion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate part, and a through hole whose hole edge locks with the locking protrusion of the anchor bolt. and a washer in which a claw piece facing one side is formed on the outer edge thereof, and one end side of the mounting bracket is fitted into a through hole provided at an appropriate position in the foam insulation material, and a washer is provided through the through hole. The male thread of the anchor bolt, which has the hole edge of the through hole of the washer locked to the locking protrusion, is screwed into the female thread, and this screwing causes the claw piece of the washer to bite into the heat insulating material. A heat insulating composite board characterized in that the legs of the mounting bracket are embedded in the fiber-reinforced cement board.
