Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust after assembling by contacting a carriage to the stopper of a chassis to form a 00 track stopper and fitting a 00 track sensor at a position adjusted from the opposite side of the carriage fitting. CONSTITUTION:The 00 stopper is constituted that a stopper contact part 16 of the carriage 5 contacts a projection 17 of a chassis 1 when a magnetic head (carriage 5) is shifted toward the outer peripheral from the 00 track within the specified track and the adjustment is omitted. Then the 00 track sensor 10 is fitted to a mounting plate 18 by tightening for one side as fitting of a projection 24 to a mounting hole and for the other as mounting by a screw 26 from the lower side. When the screw 26 is loosened and the screw 26 is moved and adjusted in the track direction, the mounting plate 18 is moved and adjusted interlockingly, the position of the sensor 10 is adjusted and a series of adjustments are attained in the assembling on the upper board.

連結し、磁気ディスク面に沿ってキャリッジが平行移動
して、磁気ヘッドが磁気ディスク上の規定のトラックに
位置決めされる構成である事は、特公昭53−1239
11により周知となっているものである。上記FDDの
周知構成のもとに、FDDの調整としては以下のものが
あることも周知のことである。

点をなくシ、上キバン付の組立完成品で上記一連の調整
を可能、あるいは調整不要にすることである。

3はシャーシ1にキャリッジ5取付側の反対側から取り
付けられている。2は各部品を制御するための上キバン
であシ、シャーシ1に、各部品取付後、最後に取シ付け
られる。

ネジA14によって締付固定する事によって行うもので
ある。

C16によシ取り付けられる。溝C22は、取付ネジC
26の頭の逃げのためのものである。又溝A21.溝B
20が長穴となっているのはトラック方向の移動調整の
ためである。キャリッジ5の一部に00トラック検出腕
9を設けているのけ現状構成と同様である。

スクに書き込み、読み出しを行うための磁気ヘッドをキ
ャリッジの上下にあるいは片側に設け、駆動装置先端に
ハブ受を備えて、磁気ディスクを装着させ、磁気ヘッド
を磁気ディスク面に平行移動させる様構成した磁気ディ
スク駆動装置に於て、キャリッジの一部をシャーシの一
部に設けたストッパー部に当て、キャリッジ(磁気ヘッ
ド)が00トラックより外周に規定トラック以上移動す
るのを抑止し、さらに00トラックを検出する為の00
トラックセンサーをセンサー取付板に固定し、該センサ
ー取付板をシャーシに、キャリッジ取付側の反対側から
トラック方向の微調整ができる様に取り付けた事を特徴
とする磁気ディスク駆動装置。 2、特許請求の範囲第1項において、センサー取付板を
シャーシに取り付けるネジをゆるめ、該ネジをトラック
方向に移動調整すると、これに連動してセンサー取付板
(00トラックセンサー)が移動調整される様にした事
を特徴とする磁気ディスク駆動装置。
