Generally, electrical wiring work for offices, shops, residences, factories, etc. is carried out by running electric wires into pre-installed electric wire piping after interior work is completed. In this wiring work, the wire is routed into the pipe by first pushing the wire called the call wire into the pipe, then connecting the wire to the end of the call wire, and then connecting the wire to the end of the call wire. This is done by pulling out the pipe from the pipe.

In this work, steel wire has traditionally been used as the call wire used to guide and route the wire into the piping, but this method is difficult to handle due to its high weight and its stiffness. Due to its strength and hardness, it has disadvantages such as being susceptible to damage to decorations and interior decorations during use.

For example, a wire made of synthetic resin such as polyacetal is known as a call wire that overcomes this drawback, but synthetic resin call wires are easily damaged during use, and these scratches can easily break, which is a fatal problem. It has some drawbacks. This drawback can be improved to some extent by appropriately stretching the synthetic resin filament used as the material to give it appropriate strength, but the wire made of drawn synthetic resin filament has strong curls, so Moreover, it is extremely difficult to route the wire through piping that has many bends and high frictional resistance.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention investigated the purpose of obtaining a calling wire with sufficient strength and excellent wire passing ability, and as a result, they discovered that it was constructed from a twisted wire made by twisting and fixing multiple drawn synthetic resin threads. It has been found that the above object can be effectively achieved by the characteristic call wire for electrical wiring.

The stranded wire constituting the calling wire of the present invention is a first wire made by twisting and fixing a plurality of drawn synthetic resin threads.
It is of the form shown in the figure. Here, the synthetic resin drawn yarn that is the material of the twisted wire is a thermoplastic resin that has heat-shrinkability and heat-setting properties, such as nylon 6,
Comparison of wire diameters of approximately 1 to 4 mm made by spinning polyamides such as nylon 66 and nylon 610, polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate, and polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, etc., using a normal melt extrusion method and then drawing them. It is a thick monofilament. Multiple pieces of these synthetic resin drawn threads,
For example, after heating 2 to 5 strands while twisting them together under tension to cause substantial twisting and heat fixation,
By rapid cooling, a stranded wire with uniform twisting and high strength can be obtained. There is no particular limit to the wire diameter of the stranded wire used in this invention, and it is selected appropriately depending on the thickness and length of the piping used, but the wire diameter is usually about 2.
A diameter of about 12 mm is preferably used.

The call wire of the present invention having such a structure is flexible, strong, and has great strength, so it is easy to push into the pipe, and it does not make surface contact with the inner surface of the pipe like conventional call wires. Since it is inserted in point contact with the pipe, there is little frictional resistance, and the ability to pass the wire into the pipe is extremely good. Furthermore, since the calling wire of the present invention is made of stranded wire, it will not easily break even if it is slightly damaged, and since there is no curling, the guideability of the tip is extremely good.

Therefore, according to the calling wire of the present invention, it is possible to easily run the wire even into the wire piping, which is quite long and has many bends and curves.
More efficient piping work can be achieved than with conventional call lines.
