互いに絶縁し積層した構造を有する電歪効果層と該電歪
効果層の両端面に接着して設けた圧電材の保護層とをも
つ棒状の電歪部材と、該電歪部材の両側面にほぼ全長に
亘り接着しており且つおのおの前記内部電極に一枚おき
に接続している膜状導体の一対の外部電極と、前記保護
膜層の側面の位置で各前記外部電極上に各一端を接続し
た導体のリードとを備えたことを特徴とずる電歪効果素
