【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は音叉型水晶振動子のセラミツクパツケ
ージに関するものである。

従来の音叉型水晶振動子のセラミツクパツケー
ジは、第1図に示した様であり、セラミツクパツ
ケージ1内において、水晶振動子片を接着固定す
る取付台の上面には、接着面(ダイボンド部)2
とその両端に電極部3,4とが形成され、これら
は同一平面上にあるため、ダイボンド用接着剤の
量が多いと電極3,4にはみ出してしまい、水晶
振動子片の電極とセラミツクパツケージの電極
3,4の電気的導通がとれなくなつてしまうこと
があつた。そのために接着剤の精度高い量規制が
必要であり、またこれによつて接着剤の量が少な
くなるため、接着強度が弱く、耐衝撃性が悪くな
るという欠点があつた。本考案は、これらの欠点
を改良しダイボンド工程を簡略化するとともに、
耐衝撃性の良い水晶振動子を提供するものであ
る。
