Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the vanishing of flames and improve working property by a method wherein the part of a supplying pipe, connecting a gas tank and injection nozzle is arranged in the flame of an evaporating gas injected. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal portion 3a of the gas supplying pipe 3 is a tank- out part provided the upper one side of the gas tank 1, an upright portion 3b is connected with a flame device 6 by a heating portion 3c, the part of it forms a spiral portion arranged in the flame of the flame device 6. The vaporized gas of the gas tank 1 is injected from a nozzle 6a after passing through the gas supplying pipe 3. When it is ignited, the flames are focused and ejected forward by a flame cover 6b, therefore, the spiral part of the heating portion 3c is heated and the temperature of the evaporated gas through there is risen. As a result, the preheated evaporating gas is led to the nozzle 6 and good combustion efficiency is obtained, in addition to this, an high temperature heat returns into the gas tank 1 passing through the gas supplying pipe, the temperature drop of the gas tank is decreased, a liquid gas is evaporated surely and the vanishing of the flame may be prevented. The working of the gas tank may be performed freely and the precision of working may be improved.

(1) When the liquid gas vaporizes, the heat inside the gas tank is taken away, and the gas tank is cooled to, for example, about -10°C. Since liquid gas is in a stable state at low temperatures, if it is cooled as described above, vaporization will be reduced, and the flame may disappear within about three seconds after ignition.
