操作を便利に行なえる反面、変速操作、特に危険
回避のための咄嗟の中立操作を俊敏に行なえない

材6とが連動され、かつ、筒部材6の一端が対向
板部7Aに接当して、取付軸4の雄ねじ部8a側
への移動が不可能になつている状態でのナツト体
8cの締込みによつて皿ばね8dを弾性変形さ
せ、このときのナツト体8cの締込み量を調節す
ることによつて、筒部材6と対向板部7Aとの間
の摩擦力を調整して、取付軸4を対向板部に対し
て摺動不能に固定し、手動操作レバー3とペタル
2の双方の操作を阻止する状態を現出すべく構成
