いて、上記被検材の先端部及び後端部に沿って設置され
た走行レール架台と、この走行レール架台上を走行する
車輪を有する深傷台車と、上記深傷台車に取り付けられ
深傷台車の走行する方向とは直角でかつ水平に移動する
ことができるように構成された直動案内台と、この直動
案内台に取り付けられた深傷ユニットフレームと、この
深傷ユニットフレームを直動案内台に沿って移動させる
エアシリンダと上記深傷ユニットフレームに固定されて
いる深傷ヘッド及びコンタクトローラと、上記走行レー
ル架台に取り付けられた保持アームと、この保持アーム
に取り付けられた押しつけエアシリンダを備えたことを
