It's here. This type of foamed resin board is mass-produced in factories, but its dimensions are almost standardized for convenience in manufacturing and handling. For this reason, when used as a roofing material for the above-mentioned livestock sheds, the size is often too small and it is often necessary to use a plurality of foamed resin plates joined together.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method for simply, efficiently and securely joining foamed resin insulation boards for livestock barns. For this purpose, the present invention applies an adhesive to the end surfaces of the foamed resin board, and then makes the end faces of the foamed resin board face each other with a plate heater in between, so that the portion of the foamed resin board that is close to the end surface of the foamed resin board is While cooling with a fan, the adhesive is heated by the heater to evaporate the solvent contained therein and semi-solidify the adhesive, and then the heater is removed and the end surfaces are pressed together. It is designed to be glued. According to this joining method, foamed resin plates can be joined extremely efficiently, and in the joints joined in this way, the adhesive and the foamed resin plates are completely integrated, and the foamed resin plates are bonded together. It can be bonded extremely firmly.

After the adhesive 2 is semi-solidified by evaporation, the heater 3 is removed and the end surfaces are pressed together and bonded together, so that it is possible to bond the foamed resin plates 1.1 together extremely easily and quickly. It can be joined efficiently in a short time. In addition, since the foamed resin plates 1 and 1 and the adhesive 2 are completely integrated, the joint is extremely strong and there is no risk that the foamed resin plates 1 and 1 will separate unnecessarily. A foamed resin heat insulating board for use can be obtained.
