【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は自動車の成形天井、ドアトリム等の内

従来、この種の内装材としてはダンボール、レ
ジンボード、ポリエチレン発泡体等の内装基材に
ホツトメルトシートを介して表装材を貼着したも
のが用いられていた。

トシートを裏打ちした表装材を圧着するのが一般
的である。しかし従来の基材は比熱が大きくホツ
トメルトシートにより融着可能な温度まで基材表
面を加熱するための熱損失が極めて大きい。

〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本考案は上記従来の問題点を解決する手段とし
て、基材1と、基材1表面に形成された金属細片
層2とからなる内装基材10の金属細片層2側に
ホツトメルトシート4を介して表装材3を貼着し

あるから熱が速やかに発散され基材に耐熱性およ
び防熱性を与える。更に該金属細片層はその重量
によるマス効果により防振性および遮音性を有す
る。
