【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は自転車の前部において装置されると
ころの自転車用前照灯に関するもので、その目的
とするフオグライトの機能をも有する前記前照灯
を提供せんとしてなされたものであり、前照灯本
体内にライトの反射鏡を右または左側に回動する
ことができるよう取付けると共に前照灯本体のレ
ンズを、着色した一端面を基点として適宜間隔を
おいて前記反射鏡の回動側に至るに従い漸次着色
面積を小とし他端面を無着色としたことを特徴と

を嵌込み等適当な手段により着脱自在に構成した
前照灯本体であり、レンズ12は図面で示すよう
にフオグライトとするために黄色の色を着色した
一端面13を基点として適宜間隔をおき後述せる
ライトの反射鏡の回動側に至るに従い漸次着色面
積を少なくして他端面14、即ち斜面部は無着色
としたものである。2は上下周縁を支軸21,2
2にて前照灯のボデー11内に支承したライトの
反射鏡であり、前記支軸21,22を支点として
左もしくは右側に回転することができるようにし
たもので、3は豆電球、4は豆電球のソケツトで
ある。5は反射鏡の裏面23において支軸から横
方向に適当距離を隔てた個所を取付けた回転自在
の取手であり、該取手にはその後方より挿入され
ているプツシプルケーブル51の一端が連結され
ている、しかして当該ケーブルを牽引することに
より反射鏡2が支軸21,22支点として回動す
ることができるように構成したものであり、前記
プツシプルケーブル51の他端はハンドル等手元
に取付けられる前照灯の可動伝達機構に連結され

なるレンズ部分、即ち一端面13の個所を通して
正面方向へ照射されフオグライトの役目を呈して
いるものであるが、可動伝達機構によりプツシプ
ルケーブル51、取手5を介して反射鏡2を第3
図鎖線に示す如く外側方向に回動させれば光は前
記したレンズ12の着色模様により黄色から順次
普通の光へと変化していくものであり、反射鏡が
無着色部分のレンズ他端面14に至ることにより
フオグライトから照度の高い通常の前照灯となる
ものである。尚、本実施例において前照灯本体は
1灯式に構成したものであるが、これを前照灯本
体内にハイ及びロー用ライトの2灯を組込んだ2
灯式にしたものでもよく、この場合には外側に位
置するロー用ライトの反射鏡を回動自在に構成す
ると共に、当該ライトのレンズに着色を施すもの

他端面を無着色にしてあるので、前記反射鏡を回
動させることにより1灯の電球(光源)にてフオ
グライト及び通常の前照灯の二つの機能を果し得
る大きな利点を有する。更に又、本考案のものは
正面照射の状態から反射鏡を外側方向へ回動させ
た時において通常の前照灯となるようにしたもの
であるから、夜間走行中直進走行状態から左右に
方向を変更しようとするとき、曲がらんとせる側
に存在する前照灯の反射鏡を同方向に回動させる
ことにより曲がろうとする方向と前照灯の照射方
向とにズレを生じさせることなくその進行方向を
よく照らすことができるので、よつて安全に走行
することができる効果を有する他左右に存在する
前照灯を同時に外側方向に回動させることにより
照射角度をワイドにすることができる等、自転車
