Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process, and to mass-produce the title cores by impregnating the inside of a core case with a resin under the state in which a roll body on which a magnetic material sheet is wound is arranged into the core case. CONSTITUTION:A roll body 1 in which a magnetic material sheet 10 consisting of an amorphous magnetic material, permalloy, a silica steel plate, etc. is wound and an end section is fixed through spot welding, etc. is prepared, and placed into a core case proper 12 made of an insulating resin. Varnish or an insulating resin such as epoxy is casted into the core case proper 12, the roll body 11 is impregnated with said resin, and the roll body is covered with a core case cover body 14 made of the insulating resin after an impregnation with the resin. The core case cover body 14 is fitted, the roll body 11 is cut together with the core case to form a gap 15, and a nonmagnetic spacer 16 is inserted into the gap 15, and fixed with a resin, etc. Accordingly, a manufacturing process is simplified, thus improving mass productivity.

In this first embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. 1, a roll body 11 is created by winding a magnetic sheet 10 such as amorphous magnetic material, permalloy, silicon steel plate, etc. and fixing the ends by spot welding or the like. It is placed inside the core case body 12 made of insulating resin. Here, the core case body 12 has, for example, a fitting step 13 formed at the opening edge.

According to the first embodiment, the resin impregnation of the roll body 11 is as follows:
Since this is carried out by resin casting the core case body 12 while it is placed inside the core case body 12, workability is extremely good and mass productivity can be improved. Further, since the core case body 12 and the core case lid 14 are structured to fit each other, it is possible to prevent the opening of the core case body 12 from being turned over and deformed.

In this second embodiment, a roll body 11 wound with a magnetic sheet 10 is placed on an insulating resin core case body 12A, an insulating resin is cast in this state, and the resin is poured onto the roll body 11. After impregnating and before covering with a lid, the roll body 11 is cut together with the core case body 12A to form a gap 15A as shown in FIG. Then, a non-magnetic spacer 16A is inserted into the gap 15A as shown in Figure 7, and fixed with resin or the like. Then, the core case lid 14A is placed on the roll body 11.
