Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve humidifying efficiency upon conditioning air by providing a water reserving pan having fine holes to soak water therethrough as a humid ifying device and forming ventilating part around the pan, in the air-conditioning machine equipped with the humidifying device. CONSTITUTION:In the air-conditioning machine equipped with the humidifying device, the water reserving pan 8 having fine holes to soak water therethrough is provided as the humidifying device and the ventilating part 8b is formed around the pan 8. Upon room heating operation of the air-conditioning machine, a part of hot air, heated by a heat exchanger 3, flows as shown by the arrow sign (d) under absorbing water at the surfaces of water in the pan 8 and the water absorbing member 9a dipped into the pan 8, passing through the ventilating part 8b in a clearance between the pan 8 and a lower pan 9, absorbing water exuding to the rear surface of bottom of the pan 8 here and flowing into the inside of a room together with airflow shown by the arrow sign C to humidify the inside of the room. The humidifying efficiency may be improved upon conditioning air in such manner.

11 is the casing, 12 is the front panel, 13 is the suction grill, 24 is the heat exchanger, 16 is the drain pan, and there is water inside.
7 is stored, and water 17 is supplied to the humidifying section 28. Air is sucked in from the suction grill 13 by the blower 20 as shown by an arrow 21, humidified by the humidifier 28, and blown out from the blow-off looper 19. However, this has a large effect on the air flowing into the heat exchanger 24, and no consideration has been given to the effective utilization of the heat exchanger.

The present invention provides an upper plate for storing water near the air outlet, and this upper plate has fine holes that allow the water to permeate, and a ventilation section is provided around the periphery to allow ventilation. This increases humidification efficiency by evaporating the water that oozes out.

The upper plate 8 is provided with fine holes Q of about 5 trn to 30 μm through which water permeates. This causes water to ooze out from behind the bottom of the top plate. Furthermore, gaps are provided between the lower plate 7 and the upper plate 8 on the back, bottom, and front to form a ventilation path 8b. When the woman in FIGS. 1 and 3 slides the upper plate 8 in the direction of arrow A, the outside and the indoor space are communicated by a cylinder 10 on the left side of the upper plate 8. This allows the air blown from the air conditioner to It is discharged and ventilation is possible. 8C is a convex part protruding from the back of the upper plate to close the hole. 8d is a water absorption part.

The water-absorbing material 9a has a substantially chevron-shaped shape with a large area in contact with the wind indicated by the arrow d in order to promote water evaporation. In this way, when the air conditioner is heating, a part of the hot air heated by the heat exchanger flows as shown by the arrow d and absorbs water on the water surface of the upper plate 8 and the surface of the water absorbing material 9a. do. The warm air that has absorbed moisture passes through the gap 8b between the upper plate 8 and the lower plate 9, where it absorbs the water that has oozed out from the back of the bottom of the upper plate and is blown into the room together with the wind shown by arrow C. This humidifies the room.

Since the upper plate 8 is in contact with hot air (arrow d), the water temperature rises quickly (and the water oozes out from the bottom of the upper plate, making it easy for water to evaporate. The upper plate can be moved). Therefore, water absorption is easy.
