Conventionally, to store cleaning materials, a cleaning material storage container is coated with gold film inside the water chamber on both sides of the heat converter, but this storage container is attached to both ends of each tube, and when the storage container is detached from the tube. Various mounting methods are used to avoid this problem. The most common methods are adhesive or tube expansion.

@ In Figure 11, the tube 2 in the heat converter 1 is connected to the tube plate 3.
It is installed by pipe expansion, etc. There are water chambers 4 at both ends of the heat exchanger, the fluid flows into the water chambers 4 and the tubes 2
It flows through the inside and out to the icehouse on the other side. A storage container 5 is attached to both ends of the tube 2 by adhesive or tube expansion, and a tube cleaning material 6 is stored in the storage container 5. In FIG. 1, the flow direction of the fluid in the tube is rightward in the drawing, so the cleaning material 6 is stored in the container 5 on the right side. The fluid flows from the left side to the right side as shown by the arrow \ in the figure, from tube 2 to the storage container 5K on the right side of the tube.
It flows out into the ice chamber 4 on the right side from the small holes 51 and 52 of the storage container. (The structure on the left side of the heat exchanger is the same as the right side and is not shown in the figure.) By switching the pulp (not shown) connected to the inlet and outlet of the icebox of the heat exchanger, the flow direction can be reversed to the left. The cleaning material 6 is pushed from the container by the fluid entering the small hole 52 at the right end of the container 5 and enters the tube 2, and is pushed inside the tube 2 by the fluid from behind, cleaning the inner wall of the tube. ,
The water is transferred to and held in a storage container installed in the same way in the water chamber on the opposite side (not shown). This resulted in problems such as cracks occurring due to excessive tube expansion, and problems such as the tube coming off due to insufficient tube expansion, and it was difficult to replace the internal cleaning material if it was damaged. Also, the storage container was inserted and fixed into the tube inner surface. As a result, the flow path is reduced by the thickness of the insertion part of the container, increasing the flow velocity and increasing the water head loss, causing erosion corrosion.

There is also a method of making the end of the storage container a separate elastic structure so that only the end part can be removed, but with this method it is possible to replace the cleaning material, but it is not possible to replace the cleaning material with an adhesive type or expanded tube on the storage container body. This requires a special method to attach the tubes, which requires more effort especially when there are a large number of tubes, and it is not possible to avoid the disadvantages of gluing and expanding the tubes.

As mentioned earlier, these methods have the advantage that the storage container can be installed more securely and with higher reliability than the conventional techniques, but they do not have the advantage of ensuring that the storage container is installed more securely and with higher reliability than the conventional techniques. As described in the above, since the holding plate 7 and the tube sheet (tube sheet) 3 are separated, a pool of liquid occurs between them, and in order to prevent this pooling, there are restrictions on the structure of the holding plate 7. This often leads to problems such as corrosion of the tube sheet caused by the accumulation of liquid, since it is not possible to eliminate the accumulation p reliably. Also, since there is a trap gap between the tube sheet and the retaining plate, the retaining plate 7
When tightening the T-bolts 8 to the tube sheet 3, care must be taken to avoid bending the plate 9 due to over-tightening.
Also, a storage container 5 inserted into the opening of the tube sheet 3
There was a drawback in that great care was required to maintain the end portion 53 of the holder with uniform pressure. Also, in order to connect the end of the container 5 to the inside of the tube and connect it to the puppy, the 1g-
The shortcomings of sea urchins, such as corrosion due to erosion due to the reduction of the flow path and increased water head loss, have not yet been resolved.

FIG. 3 shows the structure of a storage container that is an improved version of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 described above. The storage container 5 is an elastic structure made of synthetic resin or the like, and as shown in the figure, a holding protrusion 57t is provided at a certain length t3 (see FIG. 4) from the tube side end of the holding plate 7. The storage container is inserted from side 1, and at this time, the protrusion is pushed inward, and after insertion, the protrusion comes out from the hole in the holding plate 7 to prevent it from being removed. This protrusion 57 has the function of not only preventing the holding plate from being removed when the holding plate is attached, but also acting as a lateral sway preventer after the storage device is attached.

FIG. 9 shows a modification of the storage container 5 shown in FIGS. It is shrunk and pushed in according to the hole diameter of the plate, and after fitting into the holding plate, it expands outward and is securely held tightly against the holding plate, and this swelling prevents it from being pulled out. This is what I did. In this embodiment, the retaining plate is formed into an auxiliary plate 41 that protrudes into the water chamber 4, and is held in close contact with the tube plate 5 by bolts 8 using nine screw holes. This method is used when it is not possible to tap a screw into the tube plate 3. FIG. 10 shows still another embodiment, in which the holding plate 7 and the storage container 5t are molded all at once from the same mold, or the holding plate and the storage container are made separately and bonded by welding or the like. This shows the case where the sheet is integrally molded.

Further, this figure shows another embodiment as a method of attaching the retaining plate to the tube sheet. This can be used when the water chamber 4 and tube plate S are attached by 7 lunges on the tube plate side as shown in the figure, and the retaining plate 7 is sandwiched between the tube plate 3 and the water chamber 4. Then, the bolts 80 are attached tightly to the tube sheet. The mounting shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 on the outside of the tube plate is effective when there is no space for the bolts 8.
