[Detailed Description of the Invention] Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ventilation louver provided in an air supply or exhaust port or a door of a ventilation section formed in a window or wall, and in particular, a method for manufacturing a ventilation louver provided in an extruded shape. This is a method for forming ventilation holes in a louver.

Conventionally, a ventilating glass rim formed by extrusion molding of metal or synthetic resin is generally as shown in FIG. 7 (see Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-86288). This is an extruded base 1 consisting of a plate-shaped base 1 and an obliquely protruding wing plate 2, in which a large number of ventilation holes 3 are bored using a punch and a die. That is, a die is inserted between the wing plate portions 2 of the extrusion molded product, and ventilation holes 3 are punched out from the opposite side to produce the Gala IJA.

However, in the conventional method described above, when the blade part 2 is diagonal,
It is not easy to insert the die, and since the punching direction and the insertion direction of the punch are different, especially when the spacing between the wing plate parts 2 is narrow, a large force is required for punching, and there is a risk that the punch will break.

In the method for manufacturing a ventilation louver according to the present invention, first, an extruded shape member is formed, which is made of extrusion molded resin such as metal or synthetic resin and includes a plate-like base 1 and a plurality of wing plate parts 2 protruding from the base 1. During extrusion, the base 1 is alternately provided with convex portions 4 and concave portions 5, and the convex portions 4 are cut with a milling cutter 6 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the extruded shape.
Thus, a large number of ventilation holes 3 can be formed in the base 1.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a louver formed by the method of the present invention, in which the protrusions 4 of the base 1, in which longitudinally continuous protrusions 4 and recesses 5 are alternately provided by extrusion molding, are cut, and a large number of protrusions are formed. A ventilation hole 5 is formed. The lower surface side ζ protrudes diagonally from the base 1, and has blade portions 2 parallel to each other formed therein, and cable attachment grooves 8 are formed at both widthwise ends of the extruded section, and a sixth As shown in the figure, a net 9 can be attached.

In the method for manufacturing a ventilation louver of the present invention, ventilation holes can be formed by alternately forming convex portions and concave portions on the pressed mountain shape material and cutting the convex portions from the surface with a cutting tool such as a milling cutter. Manufacturing is easier and faster than punching ventilation holes using a punch and die. Furthermore, since the convex portions and concave portions are formed by extrusion molding, a conventional method can be used. Furthermore, since punches and dies are not used, many fine ventilation holes can be formed without damaging the fittings.
