この発明は窓や壁体に形成した換気部の給気
口、排気口あるいは扉に設けられた換気用ガラリ
の製造方法、特に押出形材からなるガラリの換気

記基部1の羽板部2間に換気孔3を設ける換気用
ガラリの製造方法において、基部1に基部の厚み
より僅か深い溝7を設けて断面U形屈曲部Bを形
成し、かつ該屈曲部Bの底部より羽根部2を突出
させるように押出形材を形成し、溝7の底部を残
して基部1のみを切削することにより換気孔3を
形成する。

に一方的に力が加わつても、この力は羽板部2に
は伝わりにくく羽板部2を変形させることがな
く、設計通りの外観意匠を有する換気用ガラリを
得ることができる。

て断面U形屈曲部Bを形成し、かつ該屈曲部Bの
底部より羽根部2を突出させるように押出形材を
形成し、溝7の底部を残して基部1のみを切削す
ることにより換気孔3を形成することを特徴とす
る換気用ガラリの製造方法。1.
