る余剰能力計算手段26と、各室内ユニット2毎の負荷
を記憶し、各室内ユニット2それぞれから運転要求があ
れば、運転要求のあった室内ユニット2に対応した負荷
設定値を出力する室内負荷設定手段30と、前記余剰空
調能力が負荷設定値以上であれば制御信号を出力する比
較手段31と、該比較手段31の制御信号と各室内ユニ
ット2の運転要求信号との入力によって各室内ユニット
2へ運転指令信号を出力する運転制御手段32とを付設
したことを特徴とする多室用空気調和機。
