め、耐久性に尖つており、実用的ではないと云う
問題があつた。耐久性の低下を防ぐには、図中点
線で示すように凸条1′を切除して通常の食切構
造とすればよいが、その場合には、得られる成型
品の端縁が鋭どく角ばつて手ざわりの悪いものと
なる欠点があり、このようにいずれも一長一短が
あつた。

が肉厚等に応じて適宜決定すればよいが、手ざわ
りの良好な丸味のある端縁を成型することが可能
であつて且つ充分な強度及び耐久性を有する凸条
1となすには、横巾wを2〜6mm程度、高さhを
2〜10mm程度に設定するのが望ましい。
