A portable spot welding gun is placed on a cart that moves in two or more axial directions, and welding is performed while the cart is moved along a predetermined pattern. In this case, cables such as hoses and electric wires for supplying power and pressurizing air for the welding gun or signals for controlling the movement of the cart must be connected to the moving cart, and these cables must be connected to the moving cart. The connection must be maintained in such a way that it does not interfere with the movement of the equipment.

3 is a rail in the X-axis direction fixed on the base, 3 is an X-axis movable trolley placed on the rail 2 via wheels (not shown), and 4 is fixed on the trolley 3. A Y-axis direction rail 5 is a Y-axis movable truck placed on the rail 4 via wheels (not shown), and a welding gun (not shown), for example, is placed on the truck 5. do. Both of the above-mentioned carts 3 and 5 are configured to be movable in the X-axis and Y-axis directions, respectively, by a movement control device (not shown). Reference numerals 6 and 7 indicate cable guide links constituting the cable connection device, such as Cable Bear (product name). Link 6 has both ends fixed to base 1 and truck 3, and link 7 has both ends fixed to truck 3. X, Y of the carts 3 and 5 while holding the cable 8 together.
It is configured to move and bend as it moves in the axial direction.

5 and 8 are the same bases as in Figure 1, respectively.
These are an X-axis direction rail, an X-axis direction movable trolley, a Y-axis direction rail, a Y-axis direction movable trolley, and a cable. As shown in the figure, the cable connection device according to the present invention includes a cable holding means 10 for movably holding the cable 8 in a straight line, which is disposed above the trolley 5, and the holding means 10 is used to move the cable 8. It is configured to be rotatable within a plane perpendicular to the direction (in this embodiment, the X-axis direction) (in this embodiment, within a plane including the Y-axis, that is, in the direction of arrow C), and the cable of the trolley 5 is The carriage 5 and the holding means 10 are engaged with each other so that the holding means 10 rotates in the direction of arrow C as the holding means 10 moves in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction (movement in the Y-axis direction).

The engaging rod 14 is provided. The holding means 10 is supported by two columns 11, and the columns 11 are pivotably supported on the base 1 so as to be rotatable in the direction of arrow C. Further, the carriage 5 is provided with a guide member 15 having a U-shaped groove 15a that engages with the engagement rod 14, and the U-shaped groove 15a narrows the engagement rod 14 in the Y-axis direction. The two are engaged.

ことなく台車5の移動に追従する。 According to the cable connection device configured as described above, when the carriage 5 is moved in the X-axis direction by the carriage 3, the holding means 10 remains in the same position as the pulley 1.
3 moves following the movement of the trolley 5, and the cable 8 follows the trolley 5. In this case, the slack between the pulleys 13 serves as a cushion, so there is no risk that the cable will be subjected to excessive force. When the truck 5 moves in the Y-axis direction, the engagement rod 14 is rotated by the U-shaped groove 15a of the guide member, and the entire holding means 10 follows the movement of the truck 5 in the Y-axis direction. Since the cable 8 rotates and moves, the cable 8 follows the movement of the cart 5 without being subjected to excessive force.
