<Prior art> As is well known, gates installed at estuary weirs, etc. these days are desirably large in order to improve the ability to communicate with the river, and these gates have recently been made larger due to the development of practical design, construction technology, economic efficiency, etc. Therefore, if the gate body is once built in a factory and then made into blocks and transported by land, disassembly, assembly and installation are cumbersome and costly, which is disadvantageous.
Means of water transportation using mutually communicating waterways etc. is used, and for example, as in the long span gate shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-12493, gate bodies that are pre-built in a factory are used. It is loaded onto a designated barge, towed by a tugboat, etc., and transported by waterway to a designated pier, placed on the pier in advance, and lifted to a designated position by a lifting machine via a wire rope, and temporarily loaded onto a barge, etc. A construction method has been devised and adopted in which equipment is equipped with rollers, gate parts, etc., and is used for installation because it is low cost, highly safe, and has good workability.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, the installation method by water transport using means such as tugboat towing requires the chartering of a barge, etc. There are also problems such as restrictions due to interference with the gate, and there is also no guarantee that there will be no interference due to the height of the girder of the existing bridge in the middle of the transportation route due to the installation of the long span gate on the barge. There are also inconveniences, such as the need to take balance into account when attaching and removing the barge to the barge, and the need for cumbersome construction work for incidental facilities such as installing a stand from the barge to the pier.

After the gate body 1 reaches a predetermined position on the pier 5.5, the wire 3 stretched between both ends of the gate body 1 and the winch 6 of the tugboat 2 is expanded or contracted, or the tugboat is connected to another tugboat. As shown in FIG. 2, the gate body 1 is positioned at a predetermined position on the pier 5.5 as set by balance adjustment work, etc., and then, as shown in FIG. After tensioning the wire 9 between the winding machine 7 and the hook 8 at the tip of the winding wire, the air in the floating chamber inside the gate body is bleed, as shown in Fig. 4. As shown in the figure, the gate body 1 is placed in the established position, and the gate side sheave block, which has been set in advance on the winding machine wire, is attached to the specified position. Maintaining the state shown in FIG. 4, remove the watertight seals provided on all sides of the gate body 1, and then remove the main shaft temporarily secured and stored when applying the watertight seals inside the gate body 1. Then, the rollers and other equipment needed for the installation work, which were sent separately, are installed and assembled in the necessary parts, and the main gate body is installed to complete the installation of the long span gate.

It goes without saying that the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. For example, depending on the water depth of the shipping channel between the factory shipping channel and the pier, which has been investigated in advance, a balance weight may be loaded inside the gate body. However, various measures have been taken, such as adjusting the depth of the long span gate to allow the water to pass through a relatively shallow fence in the middle of the waterway, and installing a drainage plate at the tip of the gate body to reduce resistance. Aspects can be adopted.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the present invention, in the gate installation method for long span gates, etc., which are basically installed at river mouth weirs, etc., it is possible to By making use of the large capacity of the gate body to make it float on water, it can be towed to a designated via and installed, so the gate body itself, such as a long span gate, can be used as a barge, etc. Because it is floated to the surface of the water without being used, there is no need for it to be divided into blocks for land transportation, etc., and therefore it can be built as an integrated unit at the same size as installed at the factory, that is, without being divided. It has the excellent effect of being easy to manufacture and reducing errors and welding distortion during assembly, and also has the excellent effect of reducing transportation costs because it does not require the use of barges, etc. This has the excellent effect of further improving the basic advantage of not requiring a large floating crane or the like due to water transportation.

In addition, when making a gate body such as a long span gate float, it is necessary to properly seal the openings formed on all sides of the gate body to ensure that the cavity of the floating chamber inside the gate body is watertight. This can be done easily by applying an appropriate airtight material inside, and furthermore, it is possible to load balance weights etc. inside according to the design.
There is also an excellent effect in that it is possible to sufficiently pass under a shallow bridge under a girder on a waterway with respect to the gate body.
