本発明はカラーブラウン管のネツク部に取付け
られるピユリテイ、コンバーゼンス調整用マグネ
ツトのツマミを自動的にそろえる機構に関するも

置と、マグネツトリングの形状を示す。マグネツ
トリングを回転駆動させるギヤ付アイドラ6およ
びこのアイドラ6を回転させるピニオン11(モ
ータ軸12に連結される)で構成された従来のマ
グネツト調整機構を第3図に示す。実際の動作に
先立つてこれら6枚のマグネツトリング3とアイ
ドラ6のギヤとを噛み合せる動作は第4図に示す
ようにアイドラ6を円周方向7に微小量往復運動
させ乍ら、アイドラ6を移動中心10を中心とし
てマグネツトリングとの噛み合い方向8へ漸近移
動させることによつて行われる。この往復運動に
よりアイドラ6がマグネツトリングとの噛み合い
終了した状態では第5図に示すように最初にセツ
トしたツマミの水平方向位置が乱されることにな
る。この乱れはスタテイツクコンバーゼンス調整
の所要時間を増加させるため、調整動作に先立つ

本発明によるマグネツトリングアライメント機

修正のために、まずアイドラ6を回転してツマミ
4をツマミ検知レバー13に当てる。検知レバー
は支点19を中心として回転し、その他端が検出
用マイクロスイツチ14を動作させる。マイクロ
スイツチ14の信号によつてアイドラ6を止め、
次にアイドラ6を反対方向に回転させる。このと
きのアイドラの回転量は、予め定められた一定量
17となされ、ツマミは水平位置に戻つて停止す
る。この動作を6枚のマグネツトリング3につい
て行うことにより、すべてのツマミ4を水平方向
に揃えることができる。勿論そろえる方向は水平
方向に限定されるものでなく、任意の方向とする
