【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はガス電気両用コンロに関するものであ
る。厨房機器の普及発展に伴い、家庭用コンロも
各種の目的に応じたものが要求されている。本発
明はこの需要目的に応じた簡便にして合理的なコ
ンロを提供するものである。

我が国の家庭の厨房用コンロの熱源には通常ガ
スが使用されており、その熱量は2200Kca/H
とか3000Kca/Hとされており、これを電力に
換算すると夫々2.6kW、3.5kWとなる。これは通
常の電気コンの2〜3倍の熱量となる。電気コン
ロでこのガスコンロに匹敵する熱量を得ることは
電力送配電の貧困な我が国では極めて困難なこと
であり、一般家庭の厨房用電力としては1〜
2kW程度しか考えられず、このために煮上がり
の時間を長く要し、概して電気コンロは火力が弱
いものであるという印象が強い。このためにガス
コンロが一般に普及しているが、ガスコンロは火
力の調節が難しく、微妙な調節を要する調理には
特別の配慮を要していた。一方電気コンロはこの
火力調節が極めて容易であり、各種の調理を容易
に実施できる利点がある。この両者を結合すれ
ば、調理の初めは大火力のガスバーナーを用い、
煮上がつた段階で電気ヒーターに切り換えること
により両者の長所を取り入れた調理が可能とな
り、又電力料金とガス料金の単価においてもカロ
リー当りの単価の安いガスを初期の大火力を要す
る時に使用し、小火力を要する段階で単価の高い
電力に切り換えて使用すれば極めて合理的であ
る。

スバーナー部と、電気ヒーターを熱盤に内蔵した
電気加熱部とを有し、前記ガスバーナー部の上端
を前記電気加熱部の加熱面よりも低く構成すると
ともに、前記加熱面に通気溝を形成したものであ
る。以下本発明の実施例を示す図面に基づいて説
明する。先ず第1図及び第2図は本発明の一実施
例を示し、1は中央部のガスバーナー、2はこの
ガスバーナー1の外周を囲み上端がガスバーナー
1の上端よりも高くなるように配設された電気加
熱部であり、前記ガスバーナー1にはガス流入口
3より例えば都市ガスと空気の混合された気体が
流入し、バーナーヘツド4でこの混合気体が燃焼
するようになつている。一方電気加熱部2は熱盤
5の略全周に亘つて例えばシーズヒーター6が内
蔵されて熱盤型となつており、シーズヒーター6
の両端6a,6aより電力を供給すればこの電気
加熱部2の熱盤5の温度が上昇するようになつて
いる。7は電気加熱部2の熱盤5上面に形成され
た通気溝である。
