[Background Art] Among decorative laminates used as wall interior materials, etc., in recent years, with the trend toward luxury and authenticity, various decorative laminates that closely resemble natural materials, such as artificial marble, have been developed. In the case of artificial marble, resins of different colors are mixed into transparent synthetic resin and mixed non-uniformly to create marble flowing patterns, or metal powder or colored powder is mixed into transparent resin to create a desired shape. Manufacture is carried out by shaping it into medical records, resulting in products that are almost the same as natural marble. However, with this method of manufacturing artificial marble, the expression of the pattern is limited to an astronomical stone-like pattern, and it is not possible to express any pattern, and the molding must be done using a casting method, which is difficult in terms of productivity and mass production. There are also some difficulties. Therefore, like melamine decorative board, printed paper is impregnated with melamine resin and dried to create a prepreg, and this prepreg is layered on a substrate such as plywood, asbestos cement board, gypsum board, calcium silicate board, etc. and then hot-press molded. Decorative boards are often used in which a desired pattern is expressed by printing, or a decorative board in which a decorative vinyl chloride sheet printed with a desired pattern is attached to a substrate. However, this type of decorative board has a pattern printed on paper or PVC sheet, and the pattern is only formed on a flat surface, so it is difficult to give the pattern a sense of luxury or depth. The problem was that it was difficult.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a decorative board that can express a pattern with a sense of luxury and depth, especially in a decorative board such as a melamine decorative board. The purpose is to provide boards.

[Disclosure of the Invention] The decorative board according to the present invention is formed by laminating a decorative layer 2 on the surface of a base material 1, and the decorative layer 2 includes a resin-impregnated hardened decorative layer 4 having a pattern printed 3 on the surface. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples below.

In the present invention, patterns such as astronomical stone, granite sea bream, and other abstract patterns are printed on paper that becomes transparent by impregnation and hardening with a resin, and then a resin that becomes transparent after hardening, such as melamine or unsaturated polyester, is used. , diallyl 7 tala)<
Cosmetic resin-impregnated paper 7 that is impregnated and dried with a resin such as DAP) and subjected to VS*, and paper that becomes transparent by impregnation and curing of a resin is similarly prepared by impregnating and drying a resin that becomes transparent by curing. Transparent resin-impregnated paper 8 is prepared. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, transparent resin-impregnated paper 7 and decorative resin-impregnated paper 8 are stacked on a substrate 1 such as plywood, asbestos cement board, gypsum board, or calcium silicate board, and these are heated and pressure-molded. Transparent resin-impregnated paper 7 and cosmetic resin-impregnated paper 8
The impregnated resin is melted and hardened, and a decorative layer 2 consisting of a transparent layer 5 made of transparent resin-impregnated paper 7 and a resin-impregnated hardened decorative layer 4 made of cosmetic resin-impregnated paper 8 is laminated and integrated on the substrate 1. This is to create a decorative board. At this time, it is preferable to form a concealing layer 10 between the transparent layer 5 and the substrate 1 so that the substrate 1 cannot be seen through the transparent layer 5 (FIG. 2). In the decorative board obtained in this way, the depth of the pattern is created by the pattern of the printed pattern 3 that is directly visible from the resin-impregnated hardened decorative layer 4 and the pattern of the printed pattern 3 that is visible due to the reflection effect of the transparent layer 5. In order to express the depth of the pattern more effectively, two sheets of the Wilt-impregnated cosmetic paper 7 are used, and a transparent resin-impregnated paper 8 is sandwiched between the two sheets of cosmetic resin-impregnated paper 7. , by stacking this on the base material 1 and molding it under heat and pressure, the third
As shown in the figure, a decorative board is obtained in which a decorative layer 2 consisting of two resin-impregnated cured decorative layers 4 and a transparent layer 5 provided on top of the transparent layer 5 is laminated on a base material 1. In order to effectively create a sense of depth in a pattern, it is important to have the pattern itself at a distance in the thickness direction, as well as the shading, shadow, and transparency of the pattern itself.
