図中、１，１′はプリントコイル、２，２′はプリント
コイル支持体、３はうず巻状導体パターン、４はスルー
ホールランド、５は中央部、６はスルーホール、７，７
′は外部接続用端子、８は磁気検出素子、９，９′は絶
縁用樹脂、１０は接着層、１１はプリントコイルユニッ
