Claims (1)
- 大容積の液槽内の液体を前記液槽に連結された
小容積の計量槽内に一度供給してから、この計量
槽内の液体を外部に供給するようにしたものにお
いて、前記計量槽にこの計量槽内外に突出退入し
て計量槽内の容積を変える計量可変ピストンを付
設したことを特徴とする液計量供給装置。
