Traditionally, wounds such as surgical cuts or accidental lacerations were treated by suturing the skin around the wound with thread, but this method caused pain to the patient. , suturing required skill. Therefore, it has recently been proposed to use adhesive sheets for identification. For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 56-54849, a wide adhesive layer is formed on one side of a biocompatible film that has an opening in the center, has flexibility, elasticity, and air permeability, and is impermeable to bacteria and liquids. The skin closure provided is listed.

Next, an example of the manufacturing method of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the manufacturing method of the present invention. In the figure, numeral 31 denotes a release paper 3 that has been pulled out from a roll of release paper 31. An adhesive 21 is applied in a striped manner onto a paper 3 using a doctor knife 4, an adhesive layer 2 is laminated thereon, and the adhesive layer 2 is laminated and dried in a drying zone 5. lIF'i is a rolled body of base sheets, and the base sheet 1 rolled out from the rolled body 11 is laminated on the dried adhesive layer 2, and the base sheet 1 and the adhesive layer 2 are hammered together with gold ff16. The base sheet 1 and the adhesive layer 2 in unpunched or unnecessary parts are wound up by a winding take-up roll 7. A is a punched adhesive sheet for wound suturing of the present invention, which is cut together with release paper 3 into sheets of appropriate length by a cutter 8.

In the above *Example, the adhesive was applied to the release paper and dried, but it goes without saying that the adhesive may be directly applied to the base sheet and dried and then laminated. Further, the shape of the adhesive sheet for wound suturing is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a substantially rectangular shape, a rectangular center and a triangular, circular, and elliptical shape at both ends.

In addition, the base material of the adhesive tape has an elastic recovery rate of 75 to 100 cm and is breathable, so it can be applied so that the wound is close to each other, and the sheet follows the movement of the skin and adheres to the wound. There is no need to apply extra force, and the moisture in the wound is released to the outside, so the wound heals quickly.
