[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is designed to prevent noise generated in rooms, corridors, underground passages, etc. from leaking outside or propagating far due to echoes.
It is installed on the inner wall surface (often the ceiling wall surface) of a hallway, etc., and is installed on the surface of a fibrous sound-absorbing board such as glass wool to prevent the sound-absorbing board from bulging deformation such as fiber dissociation or sagging. This invention relates to the improvement of sound-absorbing panels made of perforated metal materials such as wire mesh and expanded metal for the purpose of protecting the surface from collisions with objects and improving the design effect.

In conventional sound-absorbing panels of this kind, a fibrous sound-absorbing board with the same or approximately the same area is used as the perforated metal material, and this is applied to the surface of the fibrous sound-absorbing board, and a prick pin is inserted at the periphery. I was able to stop it through. However, it is difficult for the pins to stably attach to the fibrous sound-absorbing board, and after long-term use, the pins become unattached, causing bending and distortion of the perforated metal material, which not only causes fibers to dissociate, but also causes damage to the fibers. This caused problems that were aesthetically undesirable. These problems can be suppressed by inserting pins at multiple locations in the middle as well as the periphery, but in this case, the appearance tends to be unsightly due to the use of a large number of pins, and it is time-consuming. It has the disadvantage of high cost. Additionally, when perforated metal materials are attached to panel fixing parts such as beams and frames on site, they can be attached very stably, but because they are constructed on site, there are problems in all aspects from production, storage, transportation, and construction. The perforated metal material and the fibrous sound absorbing board must be handled separately, which is extremely uneconomical and inefficient.

The sound-absorbing panel according to the present invention was developed with the aim of solving these problems, and its characteristic structure is that the surface of the fibrous sound-absorbing board, such as glass wool, has a width wider than that of the fibrous sound-absorbing board. , and at least one opposite side of the wide part of the aluminum expanded metal and at least a part of the opposite side of the wide part of the aluminum expanded metal To wrap around the edges and part of the back side,
Another feature is that the portion covering the surface of the fibrous sound absorbing board is bent while applying a tensile force.

That is, an expanded aluminum metal material that is wider than the fibrous sound-absorbing board is used as the perforated metal material, and the wide part of the expanded aluminum metal is bent with the opposite side and wrapped around the opposite edge of the sound-absorbing board. By fastening, the sound absorbing plate is held in a state where tensile force is applied to the expanded aluminum metal.Since the sound absorbing plate is fixed by wrapping around the bent part, there is no problem with the pin grip that is seen when fastening with a pin. There is no decrease in tensile force due to cracking, and the aluminum expanded metal can be maintained along the surface of the sound absorbing plate for a long period of time. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the fibers of the sound-absorbing plate from disassociating, and together with the fact that no pins are used, the appearance is good.

In addition, since the expanded metal is made of aluminum, it is extremely easy to cut and bend, making it possible to easily assemble sound-absorbing panels of predetermined dimensions at the construction site. Even if the expanded metal is attached, the expanded metal can be easily stretched, making it possible to easily form a sound-absorbing panel of a predetermined size along the surface of the sound-absorbing board, even if there is some error in the expanded metal dimensions. can do.

In addition, since the folded part that is folded back from the edge of the sound-absorbing plate is also made of expanded metal, there is less sound reflection compared to when the folded part is made of a member without openings. It is possible to provide a sound-absorbing panel with high sound-absorbing effect by making the folded portion large enough to securely hold the sound-absorbing plate.

Furthermore, in all aspects of production, storage, transportation, construction, etc., the expanded metal can be handled as an integral piece with a sound absorbing plate stretched over it, and can be carried out economically and efficiently.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a fibrous sound absorbing board 1 is formed by compressing and shaping glass wool, rock wool, or other suitable fiber material into a rectangular shape. The aluminum expanded metal 2, which has a slightly larger area than the sound absorbing plate 1, is applied to the surface of the sound absorbing plate 1, and the four sides 2a, 2a, 2a,
2a, the four edges 1a, 1a, 1a, 1 of the sound absorbing plate 1
a and the rear surface of the sound absorbing board 1 following it are bent twice at 90 degrees, and at the time of this bending, tensile forces F, F... The sound absorbing plate 1 is stretched tightly along the surface of the aluminum expanded metal 2 by bending it so as to give ....

When glass wool is used as the fibrous sound absorbing board 1, it is lightweight and advantageous in terms of handling and support strength, but it is desirable for the density to be 24 Kg/m 3 or more in order to maintain the sound absorbing effect and rigidity. Also, the width of the side constituting one mesh of the aluminum expanded metal 2 is about 1.0 to 3.0 mm, and the wall thickness is about 0.5 to 3.0 mm.
About 2.5mm is good. Further, the bending width of the end portion of the aluminum expanded metal 2 is preferably about 1 to 5 cm.
