Claims (1)
- ダイオード検波回路において、定電流回路から
引き込んだ定電流を検波ダイオードにバイアス電
流として流して検波を行い、さらに演算増幅器の
基準入力となる非反転端子と接地間に、検波ダイ
オードと同一のダイオードを接続して当該ダイオ
ードの順方向電圧を基準とした演算増幅器で構成
した反転増幅回路の反転端子に、上記検波回路の
出力を加え、当該反転増幅回路の出力を検波出力
とすることを特徴とした検波回路。
