Description
第１図〜第３図はこの考案の圧着端子の圧着工
具の一実施例を示すもので、第１図は圧着工具に
圧着端子をセツトした状態を示す断面図、第２図
は電線が正常にセツトされた状態を示す断面図、
第３図は電線の挿入不足状態を示す断面図である
。第４図は絶縁管付圧着端子を示す斜視図、第５
図は電線の斜視図、第６図は絶縁管付圧着端子に
電線を挿入し、圧着工具で圧着した後の形状を示
す平面図、第７図は従来の圧着工具の圧着端子の
取付状態を示す断面図である。 図において、１は絶縁管付圧着端子の舌部、２
は同じく胴部（バレル）、３は絶縁管、４は電線
の芯線、５はその被覆、６〜８は圧着工具で、６
は芯線圧着用ダイス、７は被覆押え用ダイス、９
は圧力センサ、１０は圧力検出装置、１１は表示
灯である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一又は相当
部分を示す。
具の一実施例を示すもので、第１図は圧着工具に

Claims (1)
- 電線に圧着端子を取付ける圧着作業に使用する
圧着工具において、圧着端子を締めつける圧力を
検出する圧力検出装置と、締めつけ圧力が規定値
以下の場合、作業者に告知する装置を備えたこと
を特徴とする圧着端子の圧着工具。
