Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 柱状誘電体の両側端面に凹所をその内端面
が互に対向するよう形成し、この誘電体の両端に
は少なくとも凹所の内面に電極を設け、前記誘電
体の両端部に凹所へ嵌合する突部を備えた引出端
子を固定し、この引出端子と前記電極を電気的に
接続した微小容量用チツプコンデンサ。 (2) 引出端子は、絶縁体の表面に導電膜を付与
して形成され、この導電膜が電極と接続されてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の微小容
量用チツプコンデンサ。 (3) 引出端子は、導電性金属を用いて全体が形
成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
載の微小容量用チツプコンデンサ。
