Claims (1)
独立した複数のポケツト部を有する円筒状のゴム
弾性体を、所定の内筒金具の外周面に、一体加硫
成形にて同心的に且つ一体的に形成せしめると共
に、該ゴム弾性体の外周面に所定の外筒金具を外
挿せしめて、該ゴム弾性体に設けられた前記複数
のポケツト部の開口を該外筒金具にて覆蓋せしめ
ることにより、それぞれ独立した流体室を形成し
、且つそれら複数の流体室にそれぞれ所定の非圧
縮性流体を封入せしめる一方、それら流体室間を
該非圧縮性流体が相互に流動し得るように構成し
た流体入りブツシユ組立体において、 複数の円弧状オリフイス分割体から構成され、
且つ各オリフイス分割体の外周部にそれぞれ設け
られたオリフイス溝によつて周方向に連続したラ
セン溝が形成された、前記ゴム弾性体の外径に略
等しい外径を有するリング状のオリフイス部材を
用い、このオリフイス部材を、前記ポケツト部間
に跨がるように前記ゴム弾性体の外周部に設けら
れた周方向の嵌装溝内に嵌め込み、装着せしめる
ことにより、前記外挿される外筒金具の内周面に
よつて該オリフイス部材の前記ラセン溝を覆い、
所定のラセン状のオリフイスを形成せしめる一方
、かかるオリフイスを、前記流体室に対応したオ
リフイス部材のラセン溝部位において該流体室に
連通せしめたことを特徴とする流体入りブツシユ
