- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 導電性布帛、或は該布帛と他の材料層との
積層からなる、シールドルーム構成用電磁波遮蔽
材。 (2) 導電性布帛は、導電性繊維の織布・編布・
不織布・布帛を化学的・物理的に導電化加工した
もの等である、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
記載のシールドルーム構成用電磁波遮蔽材。 (3) 導電性繊維は、ポリエステル等の基材繊維
に金属コーテイングを施してなるもの等である、
実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載のシールド
ルーム構成用電磁波遮蔽材。
