ヤフラムを外力から保護し、流体の流通が可能な
プロテクタとを備え、該プロテクタを経て該シー
ルダイヤフラムに作用する流体の圧力につり合う
圧力を上記密封液に発生させ、該密封液の圧力を
起歪部に作用させることによつて該流体の圧力を
検出する圧力センサにおいて、上記プロテクタを
経て上記シールダイヤフラムに流入する流体の流
れを分散する分散手段を設けたことを特徴とする
圧力センサ。 2 分散手段が、プロテクタに形成した多数の穴
からなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
