Claims (1)
具を締め付けることにより、スペアタイヤを床面
に固定する形式の自動車において、前記ブラケツ
トは床面に固着された板状と、この基板により倒
立可能に支承され立てた状態で前記締付金具に結
合される可倒部材とより構成したことを特徴とす
るスペアタイヤの固定装置。 (2) 基板により倒立可能に支承された可倒部材
は三角状のリングであり、このリングに結合され
る締付金具は下部に前記リングの穴に係止する鉤
形の引掛け部を有する固定ボルトであることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自
動車用スペアタイヤの固定装置。 (3) 基板により倒立可能に支承された可倒部材
はヒンジピンにより基板に取り付けられて床面と
平行な位置まで倒れる板状若しくはアングル状の
部材であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の自動車用スペアタイヤの固定装
