の下面に当接する受板を一側に連設した主板の上
部に左右に垂下片を設けたチヤンネル状の締付板
を載置し、この締付板の一側の垂下片の下端縁を
係止溝部内に位置せしめ、且つ他側の垂下片の下
端縁を主板上に当接せしめるように設け、この主
板と締付板とのほぼ中心部に両者を一体に締め付
ける締付具を付設して係止溝部にほぼ水平状態に
突設固定する取付金具ａを形成し、この取付金具
ａの所定個所にシートを引つかけ係止せしめるフ
ツク体を突設したことを特徴とする車両取付用シ
ート張設金具。 ２ 主板と締付板とにボルト孔を設け、このボル
ト孔に締付ボルトを嵌挿し、この締付ボルトに蝶
螺子を螺着し、蝶螺子と締付板の上面若しくは蝶
螺子と主板の下面との間にフツク体の基板を挿着
