多数連結してなる配管構造物において、各ライニ
ング管の連結部には、隣接する金属スリーブのフ
ランジの間に絶縁材が介在させられているととも
に、これらフランジが前記金属スリーブに対して
電気絶縁状態の締結具により連結されていること
