- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 切欠部又は透孔を有する印刷配線基板にお
いて、該切欠部又は透孔を構成するコーナーの周
辺に導電箔を設け、該導電箔に半田を付着させて
前記コーナーのクラツク発生を防止することを特
徴とする印刷配線基板。 (2) 前記導電箔には前記印刷配線基板の端面側
が幅広くなるように半田レジスト膜を設け、前記
端面側の半田を厚く付着させることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の印刷配線基
板。
