Conventionally, on both sides of the float or sink through which the rope passes, the rope, thread, mesh, etc. are attached manually using cotton thread. However, in that case, the work is complicated, requires hot kneading techniques, and is time-consuming and hard labor. The above-mentioned main belt of the conventional fastening belt, in which a short retinaculum is fixed with pins to the outer surface of the main belt for rope wrapping, is wrapped and glued around the rope so that both ends are wrapped, and the thread is then pulled through the retinaculum. A binding part structure in which the retinaculum is glued onto the main belt by hanging has already been proposed. However, in that case, it must be fixed with adhesive, pins, etc., which requires time and effort. In addition, this type of fishing net is often damaged or broken during fishing operations, and the damaged net fabric must be removed and replaced. cannot be easily removed using this method.
However, when the fishing net is folded and stored, there is a risk that the net fabric may become entangled with the protruding parts (retinaculum, etc.) of the fastening belt.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the binding state of the sinker part, in which 1a is the binding ring according to the present invention, 2a is the net fabric, and 3a is the binding ring according to the present invention.
is a rope, 4a is a thread, and 5 is a sinker. The binding ring 1a is attached to both sides of the sinker 5 through which the rope 3a passes, and as is clear from FIG. ' are continuous with a uniform cross section, and are integrated in a press-contact state. Further, as is clear from FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer peripheral surfaces of the tie rings 1a and 1b are formed into smooth convex shapes.

As shown in FIG. 4, the binding ring 1a made of vinyl chloride resin has a pointed end at the joint part 1a' before being heated and pressurized, and a mesh fabric 2 is placed inside the ring.
a. After fitting the rope 3a and thread 4a, heating and pressure molding are performed using a mold or the like that has been heated to the softening temperature of the resin in advance. Specifically, for example, the binding ring 1a is softened using a pliers-type mold with a heater heated to the softening temperature of the resin, and then the binding ring 1a is softened using a pliers-type mold without a heater. It is forcibly molded in the diameter-reducing direction from the state shown in the figure to the state shown in FIG. 3, and then cooled by water cooling or other methods. As a result, the cross-sectional structure of the binding part is as shown in FIG.
A sufficient fastening force is exerted on the loop thread 4a.

Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the bundling state of the float part, in which 1b is a bundling ring according to the present invention, 2b is a net fabric, and 3b is a bundling state.
is a rope, 4b is a thread, and 6 is a float. The mesh fabric 2b in FIG. 2 may be the side edge portion opposite to the mesh fabric 2a in FIG. The structure of the binding ring 1b is similar to that of the binding ring 1a.

As explained above, according to the present invention, rope 3
On both sides of the float 6 or sinker 5 through which the ropes 3a and 3b pass, the ropes 3a and 3b and at least the thread 4
The binding rings 1a and 1b, which are made of vinyl chloride resin and have an approximately C-shaped cross section before molding, are heated and pressed into an annular shape at a softening temperature, enclosing the binding rings 1a and 4b, so that the joint part 1a' of the binding rings 1a and 1b is uniform. Since the binding rings 1a and 1b have annular shapes 1a and 1b obtained by pressure contact so as to be continuous in cross section, and are formed in a smooth convex shape from the outer peripheral side of the binding rings 1a and 1b, the following effects can be expected.

a) It is less likely to corrode than metals such as iron, so it can withstand long-term use. In particular, its corrosion resistance in seawater is extremely high compared to metals such as iron.

(b) Since the binding rings 1a and 1b are made of vinyl chloride resin and molded under heat and pressure, it is not necessary to apply almost any force when installing them, and the resin can be firmly bound after installation as the resin hardens. This makes it possible to simultaneously satisfy the two contradictory conditions of reducing work effort and strengthening cohesion at the same time.

c Join the joints 1a' of the binding rings 1a, 1b so that they are continuous with a uniform cross section, and the binding rings 1a, 1b
Since it is made of resin, there are no snagging parts, and there is no need to worry about the net fabric getting tangled with the binding rings 1a, 1b when the fishing net is folded.

d Binding rings 1a and 1b made of vinyl chloride resin
Since the joint part 1a' is pressed into contact with the joint part 1a' by heating and pressure molding, the unevenness of both joint surfaces of the joint part 1a' closely matches each other, and there is no risk of creating a gap between the two joint surfaces. , there is no need to worry about the mesh fabrics 2a, 2b, etc. slipping out.

e Since the binding rings 1a and 1b are molded from vinyl chloride resin by heating and pressure molding at a softening temperature, the abutting portions of the binding rings 1a and 1b are adjusted to correspond to the irregularities on the surface of the rope 3 etc. immediately after tying. Since the binding rings 1a and 1b are deformed and adapted to each other, the binding rings 1a and 1b are more securely prevented from slipping.

g Since the binding rings 1a and 1b are made of vinyl chloride resin, they are light, have appropriate rigidity and flexibility, and are inexpensive.

h Since the binding rings 1a and 1b are circular,
Strength can be easily ensured compared to oval shaped ones. Therefore, it is easy to reduce the size.
Problems related to the mesh fabrics 2a and 2b are also reduced as much as possible.

i Since the joint portion 1a' of the binding rings 1a and 1b is simply pressed together, the installation work is easy. That is, since the joint portion 1a' merely softens and does not melt, the shape is not melted and distorted, and the work can be carried out at a relatively low temperature, making it safer. Further, unlike the case of melting, no amorphous protrusions are formed at the joint portion 1a', and there is no fear that the mesh fabrics 2a and 2b will become entangled.

j Since the outer circumferential surface of the binding ring is formed into a smooth convex shape, the problem of the mesh fabrics 2a and 2b getting entangled is reduced.

In addition, when embodying the present invention, only the rope 3a and the thread 4a may be secured with the binding ring 1a. The same applies to the binding ring 1b.
