However, in the case of a string joining structure using the conventional binding tool as described above, the metal binding tool 1
The problem is that the string 1 is likely to be damaged at the part where the end surface of the metal ring No. 5 and the string 1 come into contact, and the coupling tool 15 may get caught on clothes etc. and be damaged, and rust and discoloration are also likely to occur. In addition, in the case of a round cord, there was a risk that the joint of the cord 1 would slip if a strong force was applied.

On the other hand, the conventional resin connector 17 is molded individually using a large molding machine, making it difficult to automate the manufacturing process and not suitable for mass production. There were various technical problems in that the string 1 was easily deformed by the action, and burrs were likely to be formed at the joint between the string 1 and the end face of the connector 17. Furthermore, when a strong force is applied to both ends of the string, there is a problem in that the string slips out of the connector 17.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 9, the joint part 2 of the string 1 is attached to the side wall 7 of one of the joint pieces 3a which is engaged and held by the joint protrusions 6a and 6b as described above.
a, 7b, and the fixing protrusions 8a, 8b fit into the outer surfaces of the side walls formed inside the coupling protrusions 6.
The other coupling piece 3b is fitted into the holes 5 and 5 of the coupling pieces a and 6b until the welding protrusions 10a and 10b come into contact with the upper edge surfaces of both rising parts of one coupling piece 3a. Let them wear it. Here, when heated and pressurized by ultrasonic processing etc., the fixing protrusion 8
a, 8b, the peripheral parts of the countersunk holes 5a, 5a at the ends of the coupling protrusions 6a, 6b, and the welding protrusions 10a,
10b gradually melts, and this melt becomes the bonding piece 3.
a, 3b and the joint part 2 of the string 1, the other joining piece 3b fits deeper into one joining piece 3a, and the upper edge surface of both rising parts of the other joining piece 3b is on one side. The connecting piece 3a stops when it comes into contact with the upper edge surfaces of the raised portions of the connecting piece 3a at different levels, and at this point, the connecting pieces 3a and 3b are welded to form the connecting tool 3, as shown in FIG. Further, inside the above-described welded coupling tool 3, the entire outer periphery of the joint portion 2 of the string 1 is also enclosed and welded to and surrounded by the coupling tool 3.

As explained above, according to the string connection structure of the present invention, the intermediate portion 1c of the joint portion of the string 1 and both tip portions 1
a, 1b inside the coupling tool 3, the inner wall surface of one coupling piece 3a and the two coupling protrusions 6a, 6.
The opposing surfaces of the string 1 are pushed in and held in parallel between the connecting protrusions 6a and 6b.
This creates a recessed state, and this recess acts like a force in the pulling direction of the string 1, so that the string 1 cannot be pulled out from the coupler 3.

In addition, when the other connecting piece 3b is polymerized and welded to the upper surface of one connecting piece 3a to sandwich the connecting part of the string 1, the string 1 is attached to both inner wall surfaces of one connecting piece 3a as described above. Since the string 1 is pushed in and held between the connecting protrusions 6a and 6b, a part of the string 1 does not deform and protrude between the opposing surfaces of both connecting pieces, and the polymerization and welding of both connecting pieces is prevented. It becomes complete and the work becomes easy.

Furthermore, one coupling piece 3a and the other coupling piece 3b
Since the polymerization welding is performed at four locations: the upper surface of both side walls of one of the connecting pieces 3a and the upper surface of the two connecting protrusions 6a and 6b, if there is a defect in the welding of some parts, However, it is firmly welded, and the stress against external force is also dispersed to the four locations, and furthermore, the both side wall surfaces and the two connecting protrusions 6a, 6
(b) Since the molten metal during welding on the upper surface penetrates into the inside of the string and solidifies, thereby integrating the string and the coupling, there is no fear that the coupling will come off during use.

It consists of one connecting piece from which a connecting protrusion is protruding, and the other connecting piece that is superimposed and fixed to the upper surface of the opening of the one connecting piece, and the middle part of the string is located inside the one connecting piece. The string is pushed between the wall surface and the two coupling protrusions, and both ends of the string are pushed between the other inner wall surface of the one coupling piece and the coupling protrusion, and the string is pushed between the other inner wall surface of the one coupling piece and the coupling protrusion. A string connection structure characterized in that the upper surfaces of both side wall surfaces of a connecting piece and the upper surfaces of the two connecting protrusions are welded and superimposed to the opposing surface of the other connecting piece.
